CGC Card Grading Guidelines
01. All submissions must be separate for each service level.
02. Vintage and Modern do NOT need to be broken out.
03. CGC can up-charge. If CGC determines a card's fair market value exceeds the declared value, the card is moved to the appropriate higher tier and the additional charge is the responsibility of the submitter.
04. There is a $5 per card fee for any card that is not fully described on the submission form.
05. CGC authenticates autographs through Signature Series, which must be witnessed. In person autos are not authenticated after the fact.
